HR Executive

Our company is hiring a dynamic HR Executive based in Mohali or Chandigarh. You will be the face of our culture, drive local talent acquisition, and support the growth of our expanding tech hub while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the IT sector.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth people processes and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for software engineers (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural fit and communication skills.
Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Support HR operations including employee engagement, onboarding, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR and recruitment (IT/software industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Exposure to IT or software recruitment processes.
Basic understanding of technical roles and job requirements.
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and social media hiring.
Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools.
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly.
